Creativity × Quality
Creativity
Why does creativity come into being?
Creativity of the Kato Group
The Kato Group has a technical team with 50 years of design experience. At the same time, we assign professional sales staff to connect with you. After fully understanding your specific product needs, we provide multiple product solutions for you to choose from.
Understanding Things Through a Trinity

Even when faced with highly demanding product requirements from customers, the Kato Group rises to the challenge. We excel in material selection, process design, production cost, and more. Our confidence stems from our quality assurance capabilities and our hands-on experience managing every detail of the production process.
Seeking the Seeds of Progress
Product delivery is not the end of our service. We continue to pay close attention to our customers' additional needs after delivery. If there is still room for improvement, we will promptly propose better solutions to our customers.
Sometimes We Set Aside Common Sense
At first glance, the engineers at the Kato Group may seem serious and diligent, but inside, they are free-spirited and full of playful energy.
For example, in the world of adhesive tape, cutting through sticky adhesive is no easy task. Yet one staff member suggested, "Why not try using baby powder?" We immediately put it to the test. Unfortunately, it ended in failure—but the very fact that everyone is willing to break conventions and move quickly from idea to action is what drives us.
Kato Group's Processing Technology
Empowers Creativity
Tape Slitting
Kato Group has high-precision tape slitting equipment at each of its factories. The slitting parameters are precisely set based on the tape material, hardness, and other specifications. Slitting tolerance is guaranteed to within ±0.5 mm.
High-Precision Perforation
We offer through-hole processing technology for holes smaller than 1mm.
Through-holes in products are often the most challenging aspect of processing. Whether the shape of the through-hole is regular or irregular, we can perfectly address the issue by fine-tuning process parameters. We deliver products that meet your satisfaction.
High-Precision Die-Cutting Technology
In response to various complex customer requirements—particularly for processed products in the electronics field—we are able to deliver through precise mold parameter settings and the expertise of our on-site processing specialists. While meeting the specifications outlined in customer drawings, we also propose delivery formats that enhance ease of use based on the unique characteristics of each product.
Multi-Material Lamination Processing Technology
Multi-Layer Composite Processing Technology
As technology advances, customer product requirements are increasingly becoming more integrated and multifunctional—presenting us with new challenges. Our production facilities are equipped to simultaneously process multiple materials in composite form. With regard to common issues such as bubbles and wrinkles that can arise during multi-material lamination, we have the capability to deliver optimal solutions through our proprietary processing technologies.
Assembly
Creative Assembly.
In addition to providing processed materials of various kinds, we also offer product assembly services.

Quality is our lifeline
Ensuring Customer Peace of Mind in Business Transactions
At the Kato Group, in order to meet customer needs, we strictly adhere to Kato Group quality standards throughout all processes—from the planning stage through to post-delivery—to ensure customer satisfaction.
—— Quality in planning, proposals, and design
At the Kato Group, we conduct thorough pre-production design studies and processing preparations with the final output in mind.
Our planning, design, and proposal capabilities are the first step toward achieving the quality that meets customer needs.
Differentiation in quality
Begins before production
We pay close attention to material storage, keeping them under optimal temperature and humidity conditions and managing them with controlled aging to ensure we always use materials in their best possible state.
This rigorous approach to material management is one of the foundations of our operations.
Materials Always in Optimal Condition
—— Quality of Procured Materials
—— Manufacturing quality
During the manufacturing process, various measures are taken to maintain quality according to the characteristics of the materials.
The quality of the manufacturing process—such as handling delicate materials, processing refrigerated materials, and applying tension—depends on experience and ingenuity.
Experience and ingenuity matter
We take pride in our flexible inspection system
—— Inspection quality
We conduct inspections at every stage of processing. Whether for large-volume or small-lot processed product requests, we can flexibly accommodate 100% inspection, sampling inspection, or periodic inspection according to the customer's delivery time, cost, and other convenience factors.
Delivery does not mean completion
—— Usability Quality
Our mission does not end with product delivery. After delivery, we visit customer sites to confirm that the desired application (operability, functionality, etc.) has been achieved and that the delivered products are free of defects or imperfections. By receiving feedback from customers, we verify whether there are any issues with usability or the product itself.
